Instead of being paired with a nearby car, you get to pick your driver — check their rating, car model, and ride history before you accept their offer.
Tap the shield icon on the main screen to quickly contact support, call the police or an ambulance.
Share your ride details with your friends or family. They'll see your route, driver and vehicle info, as well as your current trip status in real time.
Save the phone number of someone you trust in the app for quick contact in an emergency. You can add it at any time, even during the ride.

Remember to rate your ride. If you don't want to ride with that driver again, give them one star and tap 'Stop Showing' — they won't be able to see your ride requests in the future.
