If you are involved in an accident while riding with inDrive, please follow these steps:
Stay calm. Make sure you are not injured and there is no danger to your life.
If anyone has been injured, please call an ambulance at 103 or emergency services at 911 and report the accident.
Call the police at 104 and report the accident.
Report the accident to our 24/7 support team at support@indriver.com or via the in-app chat describing what happened. We'll get back to you as soon as possible.
Soon after that, a Chubb Insurance Company representative will call you.
If you were injured during your trip, please contact the support team to check if you can get insurance coverage.
