What to do if you are in a car accident or injured during your inDrive ride?
If you are involved in an accident while riding with inDrive, please follow these steps:
inDrive protects you on every trip in Brazil with Chubb's insurance.
You are covered from the moment you get into the car to when the trip ends or is canceled.

Stay calm. Make sure you are not injured and there is no danger to your life.
If anyone has been injured, please call an ambulance at 192 and report the accident.
Call the police at 190 and report the accident so that they can file a police report.
Report the accident to our 24/7 support team at support@indrive.com or via the in-app chat describing what happened. We'll get back to you as soon as possible.
Soon after that, a Chubb Insurance Company representative will call you.
