1. inDrive has teamed up with the Oriege Festival in Windhoek to offer consumers a 70 NAD discount on their rides home.

2. On the 7th, 8th and 9th October 2022, inDrive will be offer 900 consumers (the first 300 on each day of the promotion) a subsidy of 70 NAD on an inDrive ride, ordered through the app with an inDrive promoter, from the Oriege Festival to any destination within the city of Windhoek.

3. This offer will be valid on the 7th, 8th and 9th of October 2022 on rides from the Oriege Festival ordered between 10am and 12am (midnight) on each day of the promotion. The payment shall be facilitated by inDrive promoters stationed at the Emma Hoogenhout Sport ground (Hochland park) in the Oriege Festival.

4. The offer is available only from the Oriege Festival to one end destination, and the ride must be ordered through the inDrive app by the consumer.

5. Should the ride cost less than the value of the subsidy, the remaining amount cannot be rolled over. Should the trip cost more than the subsidy, the consumer shall be obliged to pay difference to the inDrive driver.

6. The offer cannot be transferred, duplicated or sold. The offer does not apply to surcharges, tolls or tips.

7. It is within the sole discretion of the Oriege Festival and inDrive to amend or to withdraw the offer in whole or in part, at any time and without prior notice.
